Processing:
The pipe parts of the BASIC program consist of longitudinally welded steel and/or stainless steel sheets that are 1, 2 or 3 mm thick (thicker strengths are available upon request). The steel surfaces are either powder-coated (exterior and interior, standard RAL 7032, other RAL color is possible), zinc coated (galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized) and/or without treatment ("black"). Stainless steel is pickled and passivated.
Quality of the material:
Steel ST 12.03 (DIN EN 10 130: DC01; EU 130/139: FeP01)
Stainless steel 1.4301 (EN 10 088-2: X 5 CrNi 18-10; ASTM: 304)
Stainless steel 1.4571 (EN 10 088-2: X 6 CrNiMoTi 17-12-2; ASTM: 316 Ti)
All pipes, pipe fitting parts and distribution systems cover a range of 50 to 630mm diameters. Furthermore, all components can be supplied tested and certified, from 3-bar pressure resistant up to DN 800mm.
Connection:
By standard, the pipe parts consist of a 6mm strong flanged edge for clamp ring connections (see assembly instructions here). The outer DN at the flanged edge is 12mm larger than the outside DN of the pipe:
Outer Ø pipe + 12mm = outer Ø flanged edge.
Alternatively to the flanged edge, we offer particularly flanged connections:
- Flange fitted loosely behind the flanged edge (standard is flange R1 and T2, special flange available on request)
- Flanges welded to the pipe ends (flanged edge n/a)
- with smooth ends (without flanged edge or flange)
For all variants we provide the necessary materials for connection and sealing and are happy to give advice regarding the suitable connection system.
Tolerances:
Diameter and concentricity according to DIN 1626.
Lengths and angular measurements according to DIN ISO 2768-1-V.
Exception: Angle tolerance ± 1° for spherical segments and transition pieces with inclination.
